All of the staff were extremely informative throughout our whole sale process. They worked with us closely to find us the right buyers to achieve the sale we wanted.

JNP sold our house recently. I wanted to write this review in praise of them. They were wonderful throughout. Professional and friendly. I was really impressed at Mark Prior. He is incredibly caring and helpful. What also makes him stand out is all the ideas and tips he gave us to improve/enhance our selling chances and they worked. I can't recommend them highly enough. Julian is also great.

Nicky is a great sales chaser, she was constantly providing updates and even offered to find a removal company if needed when our exchange was delayed and our 3 quotes for removals were no longer available. Mark, Emily, Jacqui, Doug and the team were all great.

I would highly recommend using JNP to sell your property. They gave huge support through a very difficult time in letting our family home, of 60 years, go. Douglas was very patient and understanding with me and I never felt pushed to make decisions to sell quicker. Couldn't recommend JNP enough. They weren't our estate agents but were responsible for the property we were purchasing. They were a case study in how our estate agents should have acted. Nicky was brilliant at pushing through the sale, especially when it was our end of the chain holding up proceedings. If a future sale was on the cards we wouldn't go to anyone other than JNP

The house we bought was listed with JNP and the service they provided throughout was outstanding. Nicky was awesome and kept in regular contact to provide updates or advice on timelines, even chasing our own agent & solicitor to keep things moving. Would choose JNP again in a heartbeat.
