Thornley Groves' Hale office is an excellent estate agent to trust with the sale of your property. The office manager, Tom, is fantastic. From start to finish, he provides a thoroughly professional service. He keeps you in the loop at all times and doesn't give the buyer's conveyancer a moments rest. He's on to them, ensuring the sale gets over the line. Tom has sold several properties for me and I wouldn't use anyone else in Hale.

The whole team at Thornley Groves have been brilliant to deal with but especially Tom Beevers. Tom went out of his way for us, got our (lower) offer accepted within 15 minutes of our second viewing and was generally just great to deal with. Being first time buyers, we were naive about the process and felt very out of our depth when issues came up. Tom gave us fantastic advice the whole way through and we could not recommend him more. Thanks again!

It was a pleasure dealing with Thornley Groves for our recent purchase. Their manager Tom was a superstar! Nothing was too much for him and despite issues with the legals, he took control and ensured a smooth transition. He is a vital asset to the company and it was a pleasure dealing with him. I would recommend Tom unreservedly to anyone looking to either sell or buy a house !

Was a purchasing a property through Thornley - and they really helped the get the deal over the line. Helped so much and supported any questions throughout. Not pushy, super humble and helpful. Even post completion and sale they have been super helpful. Tom was the selling agent who was awesome.

After months of not being able to get a purchase over the line with a previous employee of Thornley Groves who left the company, Tom Beevers joined at Thornley Groves in Hale and made all the difference. In fact, if it wasn't for Tom, I don't think the purchase would have gone through as he negotiated between parties effectively. Also, thanks to Kerry who was always 100% blooming lovely to deal with. We had numerous visits to the house which were no problem for the team at TG. Thanks.

What an awful business, do not use, after the referencing company told us to provide more information Thornley Groves refused to re open the application, please do not give your money to these people, tried to take nearly £600 from our deposit only managed to get it back when the bank had to issue a charge back, they were in agreeance with me! Gabrielle Roberts is the rudest woman you will ever meet, she wouldn't even tell me who to complain to about all of this. I wouldn't trust them to boil an egg!

STAY CLEAR - been trying to get my over paid rent back the company are thieves. Now using small claims court to get over paid rent back. Four weeks and they have been telling me waffle. STAY AWAY FROM THIS COMPANY - not just me look at all the other reviews not everyone can be wrong.
