Bridgefords Harrogate Branch continue to post out of date information and pictures of my home complete with house number despite having been advised of this it is also being advertised through them on Zoopla and Rightmove. Bridgefords have not to date acknowledged this or any of my attempts at communicating these facts.

From the moment we enlisted our property with Bridgford Knaresborough branch we have been fully supported and guided through the selling process. The team have kept in regular contact with us, giving feedback from prospective buyers and proactively searching buyers for our property. We would highly recommend the Knaresborough team if you are looking for a reliable hard working estate agent with the customer at the core of their business.

We have looked at three properties advertised by this company and they do not give any information on even the history of the buildings, as they confess when asked they don’t even know how old the property’s are. After viewing several properties, they do not contact you to ask for your feed back. We have put in several offers and this company don’t even respond as to weather you are too low or could you put a higher offer in? They seem to offer no negotiation skills whatsoever and don’t seem bothered at all. We are on there books supposedly and they don’t even contact us to let us know if there are any similar properties available which there clearly is as we have to look them up ourselves and contact them For viewings. You will find that after you have viewed a property, that is the last you will hear from them unless you call them? I certainly would not advise anyone to advertise there property with them. I wouldn’t. I would like an estate agent that is on the case regardless of there offers? Isn’t that good business? Negotiating skills are strongly lacking with this knaresborough branch and lack of enthusiasm tells me to steer clear of them.

A very good experience overall with Gemma and the team. On our first day of looking to buy in Knaresborough we had viewings booked with three different estate agents and bridgefords stood out a mile. Their local knowledge about both the town and the street was impressive. They even showed us a shortcut to get into the main town centre after the viewing without a second thought. Above and beyond. As buyers the Bridgefords contacted their clients and solicitors whenever needed. Multiple viewings requested which was not a problem.

Both Gemma and Sarah have provided us with a 5* star service. We knew we had made the right decision re estate agent from the moment Gemma came to complete the valuation. No pushy sales patter, just friendly advice. Always contactable throughout the process and stuck to their word.
Overall a very efficient sale.

I was looking to buy my first home and when I went to enquire with Gemma in the knaresborough branch she was friendly and helpful. She offered for me to see various properties in one day so I could get a feel for what I liked.
When viewing the properties I was met by two viewing agents, Sarah and Sue they couldn’t be more friendly. Really understanding what it was I was looking for and helped me see longevity of properties for myself and making the process of house viewing exciting whilst remaining extremely professional!
Sadly, I did not purchase through them as the property I chose to purchase was sold through another estate agents, however they offered for me to see Amanda, the mortgage advisor in bridgfords (countrywide fs) for help to understand what it was I could look at financially.
Amanda has been so professional and helped me no end with the purchase of my property, explaining every process and following up when necessary with various contacts. I do not know what I would have done without her help.
Every time I have been into bridgfords in knaresborough the ladies have been so lovely and genuinely interested in my process- fantastic customer service, especially when not purchasing through them.
I would definitely use the team in knaresborough in the future and would highly recommend them super friendly and professional, customer service always top priority.
