Unprofessional and waste of time.
Called to book a viewing on a property, the agent talked us into getting a meeting with their mortgage advisor, Apurva Patel. Booked 2 meeting with him, both of them attended. He promised to send over DIP, properties that matched our criteria etc. At the end, after several email and calls...No DIP and no properties.
Waste of time. Avoid to do business with Apurva.

Anthony is the best! We’re looking to purchase in Chesham and have done a few viewings with Anthony, who has always been friendly, punctual, knowledgeable, patient and a visionary with lots of great ideas and suggestions (if you’re looking to revamp the space). He comes with valuable experience, which sets him apart from other agents who we’ve worked with in the past. Truly wish we could do all our viewings with Anthony.

The energy in the branch is a little unwelcoming …… not a possible vibe .
I was told incorrect information about being able to get a mortgage on unity builds, by the senior sales negotiator and manager of the branch.
Incredible that they both were confident that it’s possible to get a 5% deposit mortgage as brown and Merry are part owned by skipton building society and they do these mortgages
However , I was just told the complete opposite by another member of their team in the office via email when I specifically followed up.
I’d say trust your own judgment when choosing your estate or letting agents when it comes to buying or selling … hope it helps

I have just completed a house move and Jake from Brown and Merry Chesham was really great. His promptness eased the challenging process. i would pay particular praise on the clarity of his communications - always available for finer detail conversations - the pre and post lease services are excellent - I would not hesitate to use Jake and Brown and Merry again and would highly recommend them
