The whole process from viewing to signing the agreement was quite smooth and the experience has been great so far. We had a problem with the washing machine at the beginning of moving in and it was sorted right away - so pleased with this. Thanks so much to Chris who has been super nice to us since the minute we viewed the apartment until we got the keys. We are really happy in our new home.????

We have recently sold my grandmas home through Nick Baker and he is outstanding and goes above and beyond. I literally cannot recommend him enough and if you get him for your estate agent you’re extremely lucky! He also went the extra mile for us and looked at our ongoing house and the area and checked it was all ok for us and we was entering at a good price. He always gets back to you as soon as he can and never leaves you waiting for hours on end. The whole process went smoothly with Nick by our side and helped us with anything and everything we needed. Thank you so much again Nick you’re an absolute star and a huge credit to the company. ????

Excellent service all the way through! Efficent and professional - it was becoming a stressful experience trying to find a place to live but after enquiring with Aubrey & Finn it become so much easier and straightfoward. Nick was brilliant from start to finish, to the initial viewing all the way through to me signing the papers and getting my keys he kept me informed and updated the whole time. Would throughly recommend them to anyone looking to buy/rent in the area.

I've just sold my house through Nick Baker at Aubrey & Finn. At all stages Nick has been absolutely outstanding. His communication is always speedy and nothing has been too much trouble. Our buyer has been tricky to deal with at times and Nick has shown extraordinary patience, as well as keeping me calm when I've asked for updates (daily!). You'll be very lucky if you get Nick to sell your house for you.
