Fantastic service from the Hern and Crabtree Heath team. The most stress free house move due to great online pictures and a very quick sale (they secured an offer over asking price) and updates throughout the whole process from offer to completion. Would definitely recommend.

I’ve never had a worse experience in all my years of renting. Consistently disruptive, planning in inspections that they never carry out (after you change your plans to accommodate). You’ll speak to multiple people who don’t communicate and aren’t interested in resolving, so you end up just doing things yourself…that’ll be after a standard 3 week wait for a response.
They made sure it never felt like a home.

Great service from start to finish. Through no fault of theirs or ours we had to sell our house on two occasions. Both times the house was sold on opening weekend and achieved above the asking price. We received regular updates throughout the process. Would definitely recommend.

Gavin Sheppard and the team have been fantastic throughout my transaction, which was not at all straightforward for a number of reasons. Gavin found a Buyer for my property within days at a price we were very happy with. The team kept my Buyer updated and made sure they were aware of the position at all times, they assisted with the chain ensuring that the key information was delivered up and down the chain. I cannot thank Hern and Crabtree enough for the service they provided from start to finish! Everyone that we spoke with from the office on every occasion were lovely especially Anna Marie.
A thank you to Mike Baillie for the beautiful photos he took of our property they were fantastic.
However there is one person at Hern and Crabtree that is there absolute diamond it’s Gavin Shepard. Gavin has sold a previous property for me a few years ago so when he came to value our house I knew he had to be the one to sell it! And of corse he did! Not only did he sell it on the first viewing he brought in multiple offers and we ended up selling for over the asking price.
Gavin is the most enthusiastic, fun, professional, hard working and most importantly honest estate agent I’ve ever met. I don’t know how he does it nothing was ever to much trouble, he works above and beyond his working week and always returns calls & texts straight away. Because he has been in the business for years he understands how stressful the whole process is for the buyers and the sellers and listens to your worries and puts you at ease immediately. I can’t recommend or praise Gavin enough thank you so so much for bringing humour & patience to what could be a stressful process you are a total asset to your company I hope they know how lucky they are to have you! Wouldn’t use another agent!
