They came and took a lot of photos and told us the price we should put our house on the market. We had one viewing soon after in going on the market. Our house was not big enough for them. I had to chase them for up dates on how our house sale was going. They did not come back to us when asked. We were under contract to them for 16 weeks, in that time we only had on viewing. At the half way stage I called them to ask what could be done to sell our house. They said we might like to drop the price which we did. This did not help we had no further viewings. They told us the market was very good at the moment. They then said did we want to lower the price again, at this point we said no. We felt that they were not trying to sell our house as much as they could do, which is sad. On one telephone call I had with them they said perhaps we should up our game. What sort of comment is that. After that comment we lost all faith in them. Two weeks before the end of our contract with them we removed our house off the market. We are now thinking that we will wait until next year to sell our house because of the current problems in the country.... Read more
