Really poor experience upon ending a tenancy. Although the majority of my complaint is with a rogue landlord who lied and acted deceitfully, the agent (who was fully aware of agreements made between tenant and landlord) also acted out of poor integrity. We also raised numerous complaints about the agent accessing our property to show potential new tenants the property without giving us any notice. Whilst we were still contract holders the agent had no legal right to enter the property without our prior consent or notice. We raised our concerns directly to the agent but they brushed our complaint under the carpet continued to show people around the house, then denied it (but found a new tenant in the process) so my point is that this agent (and a landlord they act for) do not act in the tenants best interest. The only interest here is where they can earn the most money.... Read more
