Darlows provided a realistic valuation and provided excellent advice regarding the Sale. On day 1 on the market we had 15 viewings followed by numerous offers, and Darlows investigated each offer and provide all the information we needed to make our choice of offer. The Sale price was as Darlows predicted was £25k over the asking price, but the strategy their recommended the realistic asking price generated a huge amount of interest. Aliyah at Darlows has been amazing handling our queries when viewing and buying a house. They are very accommodating with evening viewings and weekends, which is convenient for those working full time.
