Avoid these people at all costs. They have no idea how to run a lettings business. They do not always make appointments and arrived unanounced. They do not tak with you communicate. They do not carry out essential checks that is needed, (by law) they are rude and they is not professional... Read more

The valuation was well above what we expected and the agreed sale price was 20% less. A more realistic price would have seen the property sold quicker (9 months). We were advised that we would receive feedback following each viewing, this rarely happened. A change of personnel at the end of 2023 did improve communications.... Read more
