I can’t emphasize how strongly I DON’T RECOMMEND THIS BRANCH! Absolutely infuriated with their service! I made it clear what my criteria were when searching for a residence and trusted that they would honor that. Me and my wife wanted a home that would be pet friendly and they flat out lied. Upon signing the contract and meeting with the land lord they were completely thrown off and unaware that we wanted a dog. Additionally they said that the price of having a pet was already fixed into the rent and deposit which I would later learn to be false. They had absolutely zero communication between the landlord and failed to notify us that we weren’t permitted to enter the residence until a certain time which later became an huge issue! When calling them to confront this issue my agent always seems to not be in and won’t return my calls.

We are extremely pleased with the excellent service from the whole team over the past year, from valuation to marketing to completion of sale. It has been a very difficult process at times, particularly due to long probate delays. Finlay kept us informed throughout with regular calls and updates, and liaised expertly between the different parties, with a highly professional approach, and maintained a steady course- we always felt we were in safe hands. We are very impressed with how the team members work together, pass messages promptly and know each other's whereabouts so there is always a fast response. As well as efficient administration, the team took care in understanding the situation and looking after us throughout, including a compassionate valuation visit. We are very thankful for the help we had from Cliff with buying and selling. We had some issues with our buying process (through no fault of theirs) Cliff was our agent and he really helpful with chasing up queries and keeping up informed of any updates in the process.
I hope to never have to move again, but if I do I won't hesitate using these guys again ????

Very good service and helpful. A couple of occasions we had some delay issues with information but this was mainly down to my wife and I not living local and myself being abroad at the start of the process.
