Well, where do I start. Firstly please don't be put off by the big national estate agent brand name as the service is the best and most efficient personal service I have ever received from an Estate Agents. A special mention has to go to Emily who has been truly amazing throughout the whole process. If it wasn’t for Emily the chain may well have collapsed and she has been, warm, friendly, enthusiastic, reliable and extremely efficient throughout the entire process. Estate Agents often get a bad wrap in relation to their value for money but on this occasion I couldn’t disagree more, they are well worth their weight in gold. The whole team there are fantastic and you definitely won’t go wrong if you choose William H Brown in Swaffham to sell your house through, happy buying and selling ????

They never even bothered to come out to do a valuation!
nearly 7 months of stress with a buyer who was totally unsuitable, but was told was ready to go. Finally came through with a cash offer 10.000 below asking, by which time I was too depressed to argue.
Practically zero communication unless I asked.
Hopeless!!

Totally Incompetent and dishonest. I am mystified where the good reviews are coming from because over 6 months of dealing with them, I never met even one person who spoke well of the company.
I advise anyone contemplating using this firm to think twice because they are useless.
