Charters have kept close communication with me and have been fully engaged throughout my selling journey. They have been realistic with me on selling price and helped negotiations through the chain to make the deal work. Once a sale was agreed they appointed an agent to work 1-1 with me to progress the sale and stay close to my Solicitor and my Buyer - this was a service unique to Charters as I have not found this with any other Estate Agent.... I’m really pleased that I chose Charters. They were of the mark very quickly. I was really happy with the way our house was marketed. The photographs very good and showed off our house. We had many viewings especially in the beginning with an week an average of 4 per week. We did reduce our asking price (a decision we made for ourselves) because we’d seen a property we wanted to go for. In the meantime we got our first offer which was too low for us to accept. I can’t recommend Charters Farnham more. This was our first house purchase, and Nick Degoede was excellent thought the entire process. With a few delays during our purchase, Nick was always on hand to help to try to resolve the issues between the sellers solicitors and ours. Charters have been brilliant from the start Its taken us over a year to move to this dream house and we had so many hurdles, but the team at charters were always there to get us through. Especially Nick who had to listen to my rants and despair as things went wrong, he would always listen and try and chase up what was happening and keep me as informed as possible.
