These people will drag you along and make you jump through hoops to steal a holding deposit that they do not make you aware has a 15 day expiry period, wherein they will keep your deposit. Even when they have all available information from day one. They are scammers. Do not waste your time using this agency. Find a good agency and go with them.

After a bad experience with another agent, Phil at Fenn Wright was recommended by a friend. We were very honest and upfront with our situation but Phil was very honest and upfront with our expectations.
As soon as we went live with our house sale we had realistic people over with a view to buying our house! 8 days in and we had a sale!
We had our hearts set on a house we had seen for sale for sometime and Phil gave good honest guidelines. We followed his advice and the sellers accepted our offer!
Absolutely amazing customer service!
I absolutely can’t recommend Phil at Fenn Wright more!

I used Fenn Wright this year to sell my home in Colchester. It is the 2nd time I have used them and will be using them again. My point of contact was Graham and he was the agent who I dealt with for the valuation and sale.
What a gentleman, he advised me, took care of me and treated me with kindness and support. A very respectful, genuine and professional attitude at all times. A credit to his company.

We where shown around by Jo Falltrick recently, who somehow managed to handle our 3 children and provide a thorough show around on a property we have offered on. Having received a call from Phil the branch manager for an update on our offer, where blown away to find out How Jo had recently started at Fenn Wright. Her warmth and knowledge of the market really helped our nerves as first time buyers. Great service and communication from Fenn Wright!

My wife and I recently sold our home in Colchester via Fenn Wright.
When selecting which local Estate Agency to use, we carefully vetted three local companies to ensure that our interests would be best served.
Our initial contact with Fenn Wright was with 'Jonathan Perry' from their 'signature properties' team who instantly impressed us with his many years of local estate agency knowledge and a highly professional yet very personable approach. On meeting Jonathan he set a very high bar, which the others two companies couldn't quite match. We went on to list the property in March 22 and secured a sale very quickly.
Thereafter we then found ourselves on the open market as a potential buyers opposed to vendors. At this juncture we registered with various agencies seeking a fairly specific type of property. Our search frequently led us back to Fenn Wright in Colchester where we were once again acquainted with Jonathan Perry and also the Branch Partner Phil Lay-Flurrie.
Once again, it has to be said that both Jonathan and Phil and the extended team (for that matter) were great to deal with, offering us a series of potentially suitable properties to consider over the course of the next three / four months.
I am delighted to say, that with the expert guidance of Phil Lay-Flurrie we secured a purchase via Fenn Wright Colchester and are now in the process of renovating a fantastic new home in a great location in the Colne Valley.
We can't thank the guys at Fenn Wright enough for their highly professional and valued guidance throughout all transactional aspects of our initial sale, and thereafter purchase.
Special thank you to Phil and Jonathan - two highly knowledgeable and impressive individuals who both went above and beyond to offer great insight based on local knowledge and up to date market intelligence.

For a while, I had been searching for a commercial property in Colchester when I stumbled upon a building managed by Fenwright that was available to let. Excitedly, I sent an email during the night and received a call from Edward Nolan the following morning. Despite the short notice, he was able to show me around the property on the same day. We quickly arranged a viewing and the communication between us was exceptional. As a first-time commercial property seeker, the entire process can be intimidating, but Ed and his team made it so easy. They were very accommodating and helpful, and I definitely plan on utilising their services in the future. A huge thank you to Ed and the entire team at Fenwright estate agents!

We have just completed the purchase of our new home with the support of Steve L, this man has to be by far the most proactive estate agent I have ever worked with! Steve went above and beyond on numerous occasions giving us advise when we thought everything was going to fall apart to get us back on target, then chasing solicitors and keeping everything moving smoothly toward the end. He has a perfect balance of maintaining communictaion between everyone involved. We would not now be sitting in our dream home if it had not been for the efforts of this absolute asset to Fenn Wright.
