If it's a nice straight forward sale then they communicate well, and keep you informed, but when things don't go to plan and moving dates come and go, then you are really on your own as the communications start to dry up. And it's down to you to try and find out what the hold up is. Moving day turned out to be a disaster, by the time I got back to load my second van full, the new owners who now had the keys, had taken over most of the house and were cooking tea. I lost quite a few things that were not included in the sale due to them expecting my son to move everything on his own into one room while we traveled back. If I ever move again I don't think Lovelle will by on my short list.

Terrible agent. Very unorganised, promised services that we had to constantly chase for. Would never recommend to anyone.

I have dealt with many estate agent and Lovelle are by far the best I’ve worked with. Getting a phone call every Tuesday to give you and update, letting you know thoughout the process what is happening. Didn’t get this from the solicitor. They are friendly, courteous and very professional. In the future if we decide to move or buy another property, We will sell with them, and hopefully buy another. Well done Lovelle Gainsborough Team. Keep up this great service.
