Viewings were only accepted from clients in a procedable position, which did reduce the number of viewings overall but focussed them to those whom had serious intensions concerning our property. Where Peter Clarke's experience really helped was conducting negotiations with potential buyers whom were a little difficult to deal with.

We recently sold a house with Matthew at Peter Clarke. We would highly recommend Peter Clarke to anyone looking to sell their property. Over the past few months I have had various contacts with Renee Roberts at Peter Clarke's Leamington branch. Renee has been kind, friendly and has paid attention to my personal circumstances, remembering small details showing she genuinely cares about the people to whom she provides a service. Renee has gone the extra mile for me and my family, being professional, responding immediately to emails and phone calls. The team at Peter Clarke who handled our property sale were excellent. They swiftly found a buyer in the price range expected and managed the process through to completion superbly. Particular credit to Mandy for navigating through the occasional bumps in the road from offer to completion. There's a reason why traditional estate agents charge commission and it was well worth it.

Peter Clarke Leamington Spa are an absolute dream to work with.
I initially met Matthew when he came to value our property. He was really friendly and was honest about what he thought about our house which we appreciated. He gave us some hints and tips on how to sell our property quickly. 6 weeks after being listed with them it sold.
Due to unforseen circumstances our sale/purchase took over 7 months to complete. During this time whenever I called Renee, Giles, Mandy and Jane were more than willing to update me or chase for an update. Renee took over sales progression and was excellent at chasing other parties involved in the sale. She kept me informed every step of the way, managed our expectations professionally and when I found things too tough to handle she was more than sympathetic and realistic about what may or may not happen.
I can not recommend Peter Clarke Leamington Spa highly enough. They are absolute legends!

Do not recommend. When we tried to rent a property with them, they charged us £250 as a "booking fee", which I have never gotten back, even though we never rented with them.
When my husband and I came to view one of their properties, the carbon monoxide detector was switched off, and there was an extremely pungent smell of gas. The agent giving the viewing assured us that this was just 'cooking smell' that was likely a result of the previous owners (who had moved out 3 months prior). On top of our stolen money, the agency did not take this seriously and we have never heard from them since.

We used Peter Clarke as buyers of a property in Leamington Spa and were incredibly impressed with them, in particular with Renee. She was responsive, accommodating, efficient, and lovely to work with. Whenever there was a delay in the chain, Renee quickly rectified whatever could be sorted from her end. She accommodated several additional viewings for trades before exchange. Having used various estate agents in Leamington over the years, I am confident that Peter Clarke are by far the best and would recommend them to anyone.

Just sold my house through the leamington branch, Renee attended the open day and did a great job securing multiple offers the following working day for me, Mandy then got straight in touch with all the paperwork required from me and made this a very easy simple process. Matthew then relentlessly progressed the sale right the way through to end. The whole process from start to finish in less than 5 weeks despite having Christmas in the middle and the buyers solicitor having as much urgency as Boris seems to have to end this lockdown. Thanks to all involved.

I have recently sold a flat with Peter Clarke that had been under offer for 9 month, due to problems with the sale rather than any fault of their own.. Throughout the whole process, they remained patient, responsive, helpful and gave great advice. I cannot remember ever having to chase them and they constantly went above and beyond. I was delighted with the whole service and would definitely use them again.

The whole process can be a little daunting when you're a first time buyer but the whole team have been absolutely fantastic every step of the way, especially Renee. They've been super responsive and informative to ensure that things went as smoothly as possible, and took the time to explain the whole process to me so that I knew what milestones we needed to get pass in order to complete. I'll definitely be using them again when it's time to move again!
