Worst people I had to deal with, honestly! I don't know how they're still in business. They don't even listen to what you tell them on the phone, their standard reply for everything is to fill their online form, so they can get back to you with a questionnaire, so you can fill in the questionnaire, so they can arrange a viewing. I tried to do this for a month, calling them every other day because I was not receiving their damn questionnaire (they refused to let me answer the questions over the phone), then they booked the viewing of the wrong property and forgot to cancel even after I told them over the phone that I was never interested to view that property. After a month of this hell, they finally told me the property was not suitable for pets (which was NOT on the ad). They're a joke!

Well what can I say about this agency? Don't recommend any landlord from using it. There is a house on market for ages and we just found it. Very interested in it and tried to contact the agency to book a viewing. If the house is as pictures showed, we plan to take it. However, the process of booking a viewing has been immensely frustrating. I was asked to fill an email enquiry and of course no one replied. I called again, and got told that I will be contacted in due time...No wonder the property has been on the market for so long without any luck - the agency's attitude drives potential customers away.

Not having sold a house in 40 years our contact Darren Honey used his expertise to guide us in preparation for selling (advice given about preparing our property for viewing was great!) and supported us through to the purchase of our new property, his knowledge was invaluable. We can’t thank him and the team enough as they understood the needs of us and our buyers, based on listening to us as many others who chased our business did not.
Always came up willing to go the extra mile to support us in a process that took just 10 weeks from first going to market to moving into our new property. We would have no problem in recommending Darren and the Wellington Wise team.

Have been meeting with Jess at numerous viewings across the last few months and although we ended up purchasing through another agent in the town we felt it was only right that we provided Jess with five stars for everything she has done for us.

Dealt with the lovely Jess, she was a pleasure to meet and nothing but helpful and supportive throughout our experience. She showed us round some properties and whilst they weren't quite for us, she didn't question offering help and knowledge about great areas, and even properties elsewhere on the market. She made us feel like we, and our oponions mattered, going above and beyond to help.
We started a purchase elsewhere after a recommendation from her, and when that didn't work out, we didn't hesitate coming straight back to Jess.
We found another property in a different area but would 100% recommend Jess for your property needs and will keep her on speed dial for the future.
