Bramleys went above and beyond to support us buying our house and also did a better job chasing everything up with the sale of our house which was via another estate agents. Nothing was a problem and they were always happy to answer questions and give advice about the process.

Don't bother viewing properties with these. Deem fit to show you a property and send you an application but within one day gets a phone call to say the landlord has gone with someone else!!!! My partner had sent his in but I had to wait to the next day for pay slips but was told they wouldn't wait landlord already made decision Such an unfair process and timewasters!!!!!

Direct, straight talking valuation. Joeanne and Kerry kept me up to date with a hectic week of viewings and offers.They were confident the buyer was genuine and this proved correct. Excellent.

I cannot praise this Estate Agents highly enough. I feel they offer you a very professional and friendly service. Joeanne at their Elland Branch has been great, she has regularly kept me up to speed on what was happening with my property sale. You are also given access to their online property file account so you can see exactly how things are progressing 24/7. Overall I’d give this agency five stars and wouldn’t hesitate in recommending them to family and friends.

Bramleys is sincerely one of the best agents you can get especially with the stresses that come with buying a house, they are extremely helpful, polite and professional at all times. I highly recommend Kerry and Joeanne, with no doubt their service is exceptional.

We recently bought our new house with Bramleys. From the moment we completed our first viewing we started speaking to Mel quite regularly.
We had a number of viewings throughout the process and nothing was ever too much trouble.
Despite using an agent with no high street presence to sell out previous property Mel still kept us fully informed about the position of our sale and purchase.
I would highly recommend Bramleys (Elland) and if you're fortunate to have Mel looking after you then rest assured you will be taken care of.

I have recently sold my parents property with Bramley’s after a friend recommended them to me. From start to finish the service I received was fantastic. They were always at the end of the phone if I needed to ask anything and kept me fully informed at all times. I was given a weekly update as to what was happening and the whole procedure was very calm and stress free. You could always get through on the phone and if the person you wanted to speak to wasn’t there, the person who answered could more or less always help you or if not made sure you got a call back as soon as possible. All the staff were absolutely fantastic but a special thank you to Paul and Helen for the excellent service you gave me. I would definitely recommend Bramley’s to people in the future. Thank you again.
