I have never had the support from Estate Agents like Hunters at Skipton. They are all amazing! Especially Rory and Eleanor. They both go above and beyond no matter what! 5 star service all the way! They care about buyers, sellers, tenants and landlords but they also invest time and care in the local community. They know through customers and families and I will be forever thankful for every single thing they do for me. Personally and professionally. Amazing! It's all about service and you are both wonderful. ????????

I'll be the first to admit that I haven't had the best opinion of Estate Agents in the past, but Melanie and Andrew at Hunters have been absolutely incredible to deal with during the sale of our property.
From the attention to detail during the initial meeting and marketing of the property, through to their responsiveness and guidance during the selling process, I can't fault them. They took the time to really understand what would make the property achieve it's valuation, and communicated that in the photos, description, and viewings brilliantly.
I wouldn't hesitate to recommend them to anyone in the area looking to sell, and just want to thank the team again!

It’s been an absolute pleasure selling our house with Hunters Skipton. Andrew and all the team are honest, professional and really approachable. From the initial valuation, right through to successful completion, they have made the whole process so simple and straightforward. Their local market knowledge and expert advice have been invaluable in helping us to sell our home quickly and efficiently. Their marketing of the property, in particular the 360 tour technology, was fantastic and really helped to bring in potential buyers.

Many thanks to Andrew & the team at Hunters Skipton for the sale of our property.Very professionally advertised including the virtual tour which threw a different light on the property allowing prospective buyers to see the property from a different perspective.
Nothing was too much trouble offering advice when needed always polite & courteous & always responded to queries in a timely manner.
No hesitation in recommending Hunters - a very professional & knowledgeable business in our local area.

Andrew Procter and his team recently represented our family in the sale of my elderly mother's house and I cannot speak highly enough of the advice and support the Hunters Skipton team offered us throughout what turned out to be (through no fault of theirs) a very tricky transaction. Even in a difficult market, the valuation Andrew gave was accurate, the marketing of my mother's property was professionally carried out, with an excellent 360 degrees virtual tour which really gave prospective purchasers a feel for the property, and actual viewings were conducted by Mel in a very caring and sensitive manner. Towards the end of the transaction, we also employed the services of Rory and the Hunters rentals team which was extremely valuable and conducted in just the same professional, courteous and caring manner. Indeed everyone we spoke to at Hunters was as friendly and helpful as could be, phone calls and emails were answered promptly and nothing seemed to be too much trouble. When the sale completed, to everyone's delight - including the very happy purchasers - we felt as though we were saying goodbye to friends. Thank you Andrew, Mel, Rory and teams. I have no hesitation in highly recommending your services.

Andrew and his team were an absolute pleasure to work with. They are efficient and extremely professional. From the very start, they were very informative about the whole procedure and how they would market our property. We especially liked the 360 virtual viewing tour software and the positive advice offered. Communications about potential visits and purchasers were very prompt and well organised. Without the advice of Andrew Procter at Hunters, we would have marketed our property at the much lower market prices suggested by many of Hunters competitors in our area. Over the years we have had many problems with misdirected mail as we live in a property with a very similar address to one being sold by Hunters in Skipton. When an expected item of post did not turn up, the Skipton staff were most helpful in arranging for someone to visit the empty property and look for any errant mail. Their service was so swift and obliging that we will not hesitate to contact Hunters for a valuation when we eventually feel it is time to downsize.

Andrew Proctor and his team did a great job selling my property. The photos were great, especially the virtual reality feature where you could walk around the house viewing it from anywhere in the world. The property was a bit quirky, but they worked hard to get all the answers to the buyers' queries which led to an offer and sale at the asking price. Well done Hunters!
