Worst estate agency we have dealt with. First of all they ask for so much information from your employer and go on about making it a simple process. They then ask you to pay a holding deposit, with conditions not clearly stated. They say they want information of all people living in the property, we do that it turns out they were asking for who pays rent in the house. Again information not clearly stated. Then they have the audacity to decline the property because of a credit check done on someone who’s not even paying rent. Had a lot of experience in moving around houses, dealing with estate agency’s and never seen such a badly organised agency. Then they say we’ve provided misinformation on someone who’s not even paying rent!! There’s a reason why we kept saying that specific person will not be paying rent because they do not earn. Ridiculous and would not recommend to anyone, waste your time when you’re in desperate need of a house.... Read more
