The whole process from the first contact to completion was faultless. Tom and Heather were delightful and so helpful and accommodating. Tom was always in touch to see if there was anything he could do to help. He was very efficient and always honest and answered any questions we had. He liaised between both solicitors to ensure there were no delays. We hope to stay in touch with both of them to invite them back when we are settled. Strutt & Parker over in Exeter are a rare breed of estate agent: kind, helpful, thoughtful and switched on. They made buying our house an absolute pleasure, when it had the potential to be a real horror show.
Sometimes you wonder what an estate agent adds to the process once the offer has been agreed but Tom, Lindsey, Heather, Molly & Karen all showed that they are absolutely invaluable. They helped find information, without which would have been like wading through legal treacle, had no reservations which giving us access for things like Ecology surveys (which are time sensitive) and were, to a (wo)man, a pleasure to work with.
