I dealt with Holly at the Bromborough branch for the purchase of my new house. Aside from being a genuinely lovely person, she went above and beyond at every step to make sure the purchase went through. The estate agents for my sale were lacking, to say the least, and Holly stepped in wherever possible to keep things moving along. My wife and I had excellent experience with this branch. The staff were extremely friendly and accommodating in showing us around the property we wished to buy. We had to complete our move quickly and requested several viewings for ourselves and our builder and every time someone was available. Also when we had to request information from the vendors. Overall we highly appreciate the assistance we received and can recommend them.
