As a landlord don't let this agent look after your property ,because they won't look after landlord they don't care about landlord very expensive fees and stand on others side .... No way ..... so please please guys don't leave your property for them to manage, I'm highly don't recommend this agent !!... Read more

We recently sold our house through Screetons' Goole office and, coincidentally, the house we bought was also marketed by Screetons, but the Howden office. Susie and Lisa certainly took the headache out of the buying process, dealing with the conveyancers on our behalf quickly and efficiently. We'd originally tried to buy a house marketed through one of the online-only house-selling websites, but the lack of professionalism and personal knowledge of the area soured the experience and actually put us off continuing with our negotiations on that property. So we turned to local estate agents, and would definitely only ever go down that route again in future. We can also recommend the mortgage advice offered by Screetons' expert Martyn Lewis - he really knows his stuff and, again, made the process a relatively painless one!... Read more
