What an absolute joke of a company. We are renting the same house through them for about 4 years now. Our radiator thermostat broke in the living room, and I've ringed them quite a few times about it in the last four weeks. They can't be bothered to at least get back to me with an answer if it's going to get fixed or not. We spend most of the day here with an infant and a toddler so we need the heating to work properly. The house has mould. After several complaints, I've got an answer basically saying if we don't like it, we can redecorate it on our expense.
Worst estate agent company I dealt with so far.....
DO NOT RENT FROM THEM! AVOID.

Terrible company. They want a proof of funds which is absolutely fine. However they want to see every bank transaction I've made over the last 3 months... that's an infingement on my privacy rights. Also their correspondence is terrible and rude. And the landlady who was renting the property was a weird control freak she said she kicked the last tennant out for not cleaning cobwebs... joke of a company do not rent from here.

We are tired of contacting them about a property, my missus has also sent multiple emails but no one replies. I have read reviews here and thankfully we didn’t go further along in the process with these guys.

Rented a property from the company. Severe rising damp appeared and emailed the company to be told they don’t manage the property only let them. However comes to moving out of the property and my bond has to go to dispute because of the damp issues the landlord never rectified. And as by magic the estate agents apparently now manages the property? 2 faced people who are not in business to protect tenants from poor landlords. Oh and too add the property had no heating facilities apart from night storage heaters which didn’t heat the house to legal requirements I later found out but still charged £595 rent. Wouldn’t use this company ever again.
