Ryder and Dutton impressed me with their approach, and although it took several months to get an offer on my property, did a decent job in marketing it. Where they particularly excelled was down to the post-sales team, especially Emmy Spiers. She was conscientious, friendly, acted as conduit with the solicitor, and I genuinely felt nothing was too much trouble for her. Thank you Emmy and the rest of the team!

I have recently moved home and although it was very trying for the usual reasons, the staff at Ryder & Dutton we're professional and helpful and very patient throughout. Nicole Butterworth and James Sibthorp kept me regularly updated on both my sale and purchase and we're immeasurably helpful in keeping on top of the solicitors. I don't think we'd have made it to completion without them! Natalia Barry, Lynn Hughes and Ashley Eastwood we're all fantastic help with my new mortgage and home insurance. I can't thank the team enough. Although I don't think I'll do it again for a while, I know who I'll call when its time to move again!

Buying my first house amid a global pandemic might not have been on of my brightest decisions but Emmy made the process very simple. If there were any issues I'd find out quickly and be able to rectify them without causing any issues. The phone was always answered when I'd call up to ask a question, and was never hung up after asking the same thing numerous times. Can't fault the effort or dedication!

Sold our house within 2 days. Had 6 offers. Had a good experience altho progression was tricky at times due to conveyancers and a 'difficult' buyer. Emmy Spiers and Rachel at Huddersfield branch were very helpful and always on hand to assist with chasing things. Thanks ladies!

Absolutely fantastic service and professionalism. It wasnt the easiest of processes but Emmy was always positive and willing to listen and help where she could. Emmy was also very knowlegable and aware of legislations and the process including other processing that were taking part in our chain for example probate. When it came down to the complicated parts Emmy was on hand with the details of what we needed to do and what needed to happen elsewhere for the chain to move forward. Emmy was always there at the other end of the phone with updates and support, whereas another estate agent we dealt with heldback vital information throughout the process and make things frustrating and difficult. Emmy also dealt with this on our behalf and 100% earned our commision and so much more. Thankyou Emmy your really was a star in a difficult process.

I write once again to commend Ms. Madeleine Hodgson for her superb customer service. She has been liaising on my behalf with Kirklees Council regarding repairs to my flat and subsequent compensation. We sold our house in Quarmby Huddersfield in Aug 2020, and completed end of January 2021. Although it was a long sale (all to do with the circumstances of the current times) At each hurdle Michelle in particular, at Ryder and Dutton was outstandingly brilliant. At every stage Michelle was professional, friendly, calm and always solutions focused/supportive when we met hurdles. I will be the first to admit, me and my partner are not the easiest of customers, but we chose the best estate agent we could have possibly wished for to take care of our sale. They went the extra mile from start to finish, and at times also dealt with aspects of our purchase too. Nothing was ever too much trouble and we will never forget the excellent service and friendliness we received with Ryder and Dutton. If you are looking for a reliable estate agent in the Lindley area, then Ryder and Dutton come highly recommended. Thank you for all you did for us, we are very happy in our new home.
