This is the first time I've applied for renting a house, and I genuinely had no idea where to begin. The day Ffion first contacted me to the day she handed us the keys, she was there for us every single step of the way.
There were days where I would ring, text, email per atleast ten times and she always reassured me and helped me out with any of the problems along the way.
If it wasn't for Ffion I don't think we'd be moving into our first real house!

She helped with the paperwork relating to insurance, utilities and references , gave sound advise to ensure we were the tenants of choice and followed through on some remedial work before we moved into the property also ensuring regular communications throughout the process.
