The company's behavior is extremely unpleasant. While renting a property, they treat you disrespectfully and disregard your opinions. It could be the specific person I'm interacting with, or perhaps their entire team has a condescending attitude, believing they are superior.

Ugh, can you believe it? Just when I thought I was finally escaping the clutches of this nightmare management company, Nock Deighton had to pull one last despicable move. They actually had the audacity to trash-talk me to my new estate agent, focusing solely on the last couple of months f. I swear, this company has a knack for maintaining its awful reputation no matter where you turn. Sure, you might see some positive Google reviews, but let's be real – only about 30% of us bothered to share our horror stories.
And get this, when I dared to speak to the property director about this blatant injustice, she had the nerve to bring up my negative review of their sorry excuse for a company. Can you believe they're taking this personally now? It's like they're incapable of comprehending how terribly they treat their tenants. Disgusting manners, that's what it is.
They are prepared to see me and my 2 children homeless who i co-parent.

That is a disgraceful response. Id like to know who is in rent arrears? Because if its me and if you are disclosing personal information about me, then its whats called time for courts! So, enlighten me? Also, the access!!! Make appointments when im not at work idiot! Face
It, your an awful establishment! Maybe look at another review 3'weeks ago by someone. Luckily, ill be back in Bridgnorth making sure i thank you all for the lovely service of nock cunton , especially the wonderful Penny Edwards/Watson.... shes been amazing!

Knowledgeable team who were able to guide us to the best sale strategy to sell our property, including pricing just right for a swift sale with secure buyer. Kept us informed through out the process and even provided us with final meter readings just prior to sale as we were 2-3 hours drive away. Would use again.

SHOCKING ! One of the worst estate agents I have dealt with, or tired to.
There is a dream house we are interested in. I called on a Saturday morning, but they were no bothered at all. They said there was an offer already on the property I was interested in. I asked if it was likely to excepted, and they said yes. I asked if I could leave my name and details just in case and they reluctantly took my details.
3 weeks later and its still for sale with no offer or SSTC notice. Last week I emailed them. I got bombarded with emails asking to join their agent list to receive first notification of properties. I also did this for 1 week as they properties they sent are random. There is no option to specify the kind of house you want.
We are now in week two, and I have not received any reply to my original email asking about the property. All I can do now, is write a letter to the people selling the house in the hope they will return my call and I can arrange a viewing.
Absolutely shocking. Thank goodness I'm not using them to sell my house, as I have no confidence in them whatsoever.

We have a rented property adjoined to us rented by Nock Deighton. We have a disagreement about when the neighbours noisey toilet valve was reported but I have reported twice since March and it still hasn't been repaired. The property was also last painted over 12 years ago and in a terrible state of repair. A reviewer mentions regular checks on their property, well it doesn't seem to be the case for us.forfirforfromeexoerieexoerience.

I've had no problems with Nock Deighton. My repairs/ problems have been dealt with promptly. My home visits with Silvia Hames have always been pleasant, Silvia has always shown respect to me and the property I rent.

H would like to say that iv had a long term tenancy with nock Deighton and in the past when they sent people round to do there 6 month property checks.i was made to feel uncomfortable I may be a tent but as I pay rent its my home. One lady in the past was so rude and was lucky I didn't kick her out. But since Sylvia homes took over the property visits she is respectful and kind and a pleasure to see. And helpful lady. Dont know why but my name is wrong on here

Nock Deighton have an incredible lady working for them who comes over every 6 months and does a property check. Sylvia Hames is polite and professional, knowledgeable and has such a warm and friendly nature, she naturally puts everyone at ease. Nock Deighton, she is an asset to your company and you should be very proud of her. It's been a pleasure to have worked with her.

I am happy with the services provided by Nock Deighton regarding my rented property. Sylvia Hames conducts property checks every 6 months and is always courteous and polite on these visits. She arranges an appointment to suit and completes the check professionally, asking about any issues or concerns. I feel that these checks are necessary to reassure the landlord that the property is being looked after, plus gives the tenant the opportunity to discuss things face to face.

Though I fundamentally disagree with Nock Deighton's policy of sending someone around to inspect the property you are renting every 6 months, since it makes you feel like you are not trusted to live in the property you are paying for, it must be said that our property inspector, Sylvia Hames, is both professional and personable, and that I have no complaints or issues regarding the way she carried out these inspections. If this was solely a rating of her work I would give 5*, but since it is more generally for Nock Deighton I cannot go above 3* since I really dislike the inspection policy, have never had it with any other rental company, and feel that it makes you feel unwelcome in a space which is meant to feel like home.
