Well what can I say - if I could rate the Porthmadog 11 out of ten I would. My Mum sold her house in August last year but due to problems which had nothing to do with the estate agents, didn’t move until March this year. It was an extremely stressful time for us all but Claire, Steve, Helen and Hannah went above and beyond with their service. Such kind and thoughtful people throughout the whole period and I cannot thank them enough and would highly recommend them to anyone selling or buying a house. If only more businesses provided such a wonderful service!

Thank you to Steve, Claire and the team at Beresford Adams. Our house sale went through very smoothly and we were kept updated after each viewing too. Viewing figures were more than we expected. The marketing literature was great with both paper marketing and web marketing information readily available and plentiful.

We have been searching for a holiday property in Beddgelert, and noticed 3 within our budget.
We stayed in one of them as guests and dropped it very quickly, while the 2 others were promoted by Beresford Adams. Concentrating on one, we contacted Steven Smith, who arranged a viewing in between lets. We found our dream, the decision was made on the spot and within 48 hours we handed our initial offer, competing with an offer of a counter buyer.
Steven and all other team members kept us informed, updated and helped us in the process of getting to the "STC" status, where our solicitors came into acting.
It took a while...but the dream has come true.

We were very happy with the service provided by Beresford Adams at Porthmadog when purchasing a house near Criccieth. We were allowed to view the house a number of times at short notice and they were always obliging and efficient. They provided guidance for an appropriate offer and during the conveyancing process Steven promptly followed up any queries with the vendors and their solicitors. It was reassuring to have Steven's support for what became a protracted process in the latter stages not helped by our conveyancing solicitors inefficiency. We highly recommend Beresford Adams and Steven Smith in particular.

We have contacted Countrywide and have been offered £100. This is considered sufficient compensation for a complete lack of service and refusal to market our land which is near Porthmadog. Disappointing service to say the least. Breach of contract which Beresford Adams seem to take so lightly as to make a mockery of the sales process. AVOID.

Very professional and thorough service from the team, with big thanks to Paul the mortgage consultant. From initial inquiry about getting a mortgage through to actual completion of house sale took only 6 weeks. Must be a record. I would totally recommend Paul to anyone enquiring about a mortgage.
