Stuart and his team at Vickery Fleet helped us move this year. The entire process was painless, with regular updates on a weekly basis, and clear guidance when needed. We also decided to use Vickery’s associated solicitors for the contracts and this worked very well. There was good communication between the two teams, and the fees settlement process was simplified at contract completion. Cannot recommend them highly enough and would be happy to use them again in the future.

From the start Vickery estate agents has been professional, friendly and unstintingly committed to selling my family home.
The sale took a while but all the staff remained positive, dedicated and helpful all through the process. Every member of the team was familiar with my house and the details of the sale at all times. I found James Fisher particularly encouraging, polite and helpful all the way through and so pleased for me at the end when it all came together . I felt they were interested in my achieving a sale - I was more than just ‘another client’.
With the all inclusive price (I.e. inclusive of conveyancing) this has proved to be very good value for money.
I cannot rate them highly enough and have no hesitation in recommending them.

Excellent service both selling and buying. Stuart and James were particularly helpful. Stuart sold our house in a day and kept us informed throughout the process. Buying was also stress free and Stuart alerted me as soon as a property that he knew I would be interested in came on the market. Excellent communication from both Stuart and James. Very personable and very polite. A pleasure to do business with and I'd highly recommend.

I would highly recommend Stuart and his team who have been superb - a great experience from start to finish with the Vickery team in Fleet.
Can highly recommend the "All in one" service which includes conveyancing too.
From first viewing of the property we eventually bought through Vickery, to selecting Vickery to also market our property, accepting a full asking price offer on our sale within two weeks, then also including a complex conveyancing experience on our purchase to completion in a shade over 4 months.
Stuart and the entire team made it a very smooth, open and enjoyable experience throughout.
