From first contact we found everything to be very professional. The agent showed up exactly on time and did a thorough inspection of our property. The valuation was exactly what we received. We found the marketing was really well done and drew alot of viewers to show interest. Property sold quickly and we were very happy with price. We would definitely use Aberdein Considine again in the future when selling.

They were very knowledgable about how to prepare the house for viewing. They kept me informed every step of the way and guided me through the selling process. Very friendly and easy to speak to. Perhaps overvalued the house. They followed all my instructions.

The sale of my flat went very smoothly and quickly. I think the offers over price was pitched right to attract interest and I got a few notes of interest in a difficult climate, one of which, I was lucky enough to get a serious offer from. Very professional, good communication and very helpful.
