Deeply frustrated with the prolonged tenancy transfer process and the unaddressed fob key malfunction. Despite three months of back-and-forth emails, my concerns were not adequately handled. Don’t recommend this to anyone.

Avoid. During my time renting from centrick, every time we had an issue they claimed to not manage the property. That’s if you even received a response. For example, I lost my fob, went into branch (nottingham) as I was not getting any response to emails and staff acted like I was an idiot, claiming they do not manage the property. When it was time to move out, viewings were held with less than 24 hours notice. No consideration for shift workers. Then we were rudely told to tidy up the flat to accommodate these viewings; the flat was tidy apart from some bagged belongings because surprise we were moving out! Not to mention I work in healthcare 12.5 hour shifts and I had lost a lot of sleep accommodating for them as it was. Then, they took our deposit at the end of the year for issues in the flat that were not our fault and had been reported months ago, when they claimed they did not manage the property. Overall I had a horrible experience, do not rent with centrick.

Poor! Try to rip you off when moving out with fake charges. I recommend anyone disputes the charges because half of them are made up.

They were finally replaced as my property agency!!! Praises to God!! The WORST letting agency to grace the earth. Incompetent company filled with idiots even more incompetent staff!! Never thought I’d see the day they were replaced !! Best of luck to anyone who is unfortunate enough to rent with them next!

No one really give us a clear explanation of everything we need to know regarding to move in, even if we asked several times. One of the team member even said we can sort that out after moving in.
And two days before the moving date, a random person from their company email us saying we have to provide everything within day! plus they send us the wrong address either ( the one not even close to our place) This is really bad. Don't work with them otherwise you will hate yourself.
Plus the way they respond your message looks like scam because not polite at all and mostly just read and not reply anything.

Centrick manages our building where we own a property. Some things are good, but unfortunately letters from them are barbed with threatening and aggressive language. Unprofessional and unnecessary.

Terrible place to rent from no communication and impossible to get ahold of. We moved into the flat and the washing machine was covered in black mould and our fridge would not work. It took centrick nearly two months to resolved the issue. At the end of tenancy they tried to charge us for things we had already complained about and added random rent payments which were not in contract.
