I have been a customer of Northwood now for a couple of months they have helped me sell my home. The service they offer is 5 star and worth every penny they charge, from the open house right the way through to completion. Especially Karen who has looked after me after i accepted an offer. Karen is amazing, she is friendly and honest. Karen kept me sane and smiling through the whole process, not sure i would have made it without her an absolute credit to this company. Worked for Northwood as a contractor for about 3 years now and I have to say, their professionalism and expertise is outstanding. I deal with both Daniel and Jade in maintenance mainly who are so professional and understanding.
In fact all the staff seem very helpful. Wonderful team

Really happy with how the sale has been handled. We had an offer fairly quickly and although it's taken a few months to get to completion, Karen our sales coordinator has been very patient and kept me informed throughout the process.
Northwood have been very good in stepping in to attend surveys etc on my behalf as I'm not local. Would highly recommend.

We rent a house through Northwood (Leeds) recently and it is the great experience.
Although there are some issues and problems in the house, they are fixed and solved immediately owing to the efficient communications and actions from the agent Daniel and his colleagues. The technicians appointed by them are also friendly and brilliant.
If someone wanna rent or purchase a property, I would recommend him/her to choose Northwood (Leeds) first.
