Avoid at all costs!
Terrible estate agents, don’t seem to have a clue what they are doing.
Change move in date for properties, don’t answer calls. Send texts littered with errors, staff have absolutely no knowledge on the properties they are advertising.
Absolute shambles. Honestly been a blessing to not get a property cause I can’t imagine what a state the signing process would be.

We had our property listed through Kath Wells following recommendations from a friend. Although we weren't necessarily in their catchment area, we decided to use them based on the great experience our friend had. Paul visited our property very quickly to value it and returned later that day with Richard to take the professional photos and gather all the information for our listing (very efficient!).
Unfortunately, we ended up taking our property off the market due to issues with our current mortgage provider (our problem not Kath Wells) however Paul and the team were very understanding and had supported us all the way through. Eventually when we come to sell our property again, we will 100% be using Kath Wells again! Keep up the good work!
