Trying to rent a Forfar property, thier process is inflexible, not working and when I tried to visit in person I was patronised beyond my patience levels. I would recommend using any other letting agency unless you possess the patience of a Saint and the luck of the devil. Very poor service indeed.... Read more

Amazing that anyone manages to rent through these jokers. Have been looking at properties for the past few weeks now. Very slow/ almost non responsive to emails. Initial applications seem to have been disregarded. Differing information depending on which branch you call. Obviously looking for that certain clientele, god help anyone actually renting through these people, deary me.... Read more

I had been with my prior letting agent for over ten years but as they got bigger the service had drastically deteriorated so after a very positive recommendation I moved to Wardhaugh.
