2023 was a difficult year in the housing market. Wye were relentless trying to tempt a buyer for our property. Yes we did have to drop our price a little, but that was the only way to sell!
There were very few properties to look at, but Wye took on board our wish list, found the house (before it was even on the market) and even found a property for the vendor to complete the chain!
We ended up in a very large chain, but Wye navigated us through with barely a hitch.
