Perason Ferrier were the agents advertising a flat for sale which we went on to buy as a buy to let. Not only were they amazing throughout the purchase, they then went on to find us a tenant before we had even completed. They arranged painting of the flat and electrical repairs and other small works pretty much immediately and had the lovely new tenant in withing 3 weeks of completion. A special thanks to Charlotte who answered emails the same day and organised everything to do with the letting. I cannot recommend her and the company enough! Top job!!!

The service from start to finish is exceptional.
Matthew started the process, lovely guy with a friendly approach wanting to get the best for his clients.
No pushy sales tactics just honest, transparent advice all the way through the process
Charlotte then look care of all the paperwork and managing my let, fantastic and honest from start to finish. No questions were too much and went above and beyond.
I would recommend Peason Ferrier no questions. Service & execution of the jobs/turn around is professional, thorough and always have your best interests at the focus of it.
They do what they say they will.

Adam and Veronique are a credit to the company.
When I was looking for a property after being served notice, Veronique was beyond helpful. I have a dog and she was able to help me the secure the property I wanted and have my dog in the tenancy agreement. I don’t know what we would have done without Veronique as it is so hard to rent with a dog.
On leaving the property, Adam was amazing as well. We were served notice, as the landlord wanted to sell the house. Adam was really helpful with the leaving process.
I can only wish all estate agents were as friendly, kind and professional as the staff here.

Fantastic service. They've been amazing from start to finish. The second i handed over the keys they took care of all the cosmetic work and got it tenanted incredibly quickly.
Charlotte has been amazing throughout, chasing up whoever needs to be chased and organising everything
There have been a couple of leaks which they have dealt with quickly and prevented more damage than there need to be.
Can't recommend highly enough. Very safe hands

We recently ended our tenancy with Pearson Ferrier after 6 years.
Throughout that time the company have been fantastic. Any problems we had they were quick to act and rectify. They always managed our expectations and we were never left waiting long for repairs.
2 days after ending our tenancy they released our bond in full.
We've had the pleasure throughout our tenancy to talk and deal with all the members of the Radcliffe "team" and always found them to be very professional.
