Massive Thankyou to Lydia, Matt and the rest of the team. So Glad I went with Brown and Merry, Newport Pagnell to sell my Home. Really lovely to be able to go into a local office with the professional touch and speaking to a very personable office. Always kept me informed of any developments. They really know what they are talking about. Even In The current climate. With a solid quote of what the house was worth from them. More than I thought to be honest. They Sold it at asking price. After a lot of Research and looking at other estate agents, offline and online. Worth going with Brown and Merry. Couldn’t be happier with everything they provided at the Newport Pagnell Office.

I cannot recommend Brown and Merry enough and especially Lydia who has been dealing with our sale! She has been a pleasure to deal with and works incredibly hard. She constantly keeps me up to date and has held our hand throughout the whole process. It has not been an easy sale but Lydia has made it as painless as she possibly can. We have the pleasure to be working with Mick Ramunni and we are at lack of words in regards to his service! He is absolutely amazing. He has demonstrated in several occasions the attention and dedication he puts for his clients. He often goes beyond his role to reassure us and guide us towards the purchase of our first property. There is so much he has done for us at this stage, from very long phone calls to quick responses to texts and emails. He has earned our trust straight away. He always answers our questions in detail and always encourages us to get in touch should we need further support. He often puts his clients first over himself, which is something I have rarely experienced in my life. I can only say that we could not ask for a better mortgage advisor , and we look forward to carrying on in our adventure with him by our side!

I used Mick as my mortgage broker for the purchase of my first property. I was pretty ignorant of what the process involves but he explained it all well and clearly and showed a real passion for his job. I doubt I was his easiest client but he was always super helpful and got me a decent rate. Would recommend for anyone looking to get a mortgage, especially first time buyers.

I wanted to take a moment to express my gratitude to Matt and Lydia for their exceptional hard work and dedication throughout our recent house move.
Matt was very professionalism and supported us at the beginning of the process and we felt we were in good hands,
Due to the current market; the sale of our property has not been an easy one, we had some difficult with the chain and I genuinely believe if it weren’t for Lydia’s tireless efforts, we would have lost our sale.
Lydia's commitment shone brightly. her ability to navigate the complexities of the real estate market and her diligence were invaluable. At a very emotive time, she kept us calm and updated and I know she was doing everything she could to keep our sale moving.
