We had a fantastic experience purchasing our property with Wilson Peacock Olney. We viewed a number of properties with Charlie before finding our new home. He was professional and honest from start to finish. Nothing was too much trouble. Always on time to viewings and very knowledgeable about the properties. He would also call regularly with info of properties which matched our criteria-something we found other agents didnt do. When we found our house we felt he negotiated well and communicated between us and the vendor very effectively. We also dealt with Sam after the initial sale was agreed who was very good at progressing the sale as we wanted to move quickly. He liased between the solicitors, even going above and beyond by liasing with our purchasers solicitors. We couldn't have asked for more. Thank you Charlie and Sam! ... Read more

Impressed from start to finish, selling my property was the easy part for these guys 6 viewings within 48 hours and sale agreed. The real hard graft started when the sale was agreed there were many issues that arose throughout the transaction but the guys in office were always at hand to help me. Mostly keeping me calm and ensuring I didn’t lose my buyers! Truly awful agent, their photographs of my property were so bad, they used some that we provided instead. Their over valuation of the property showed a lack of local knowledge - and a series of managers just criticised the previous one. Don't touch them - use Michael Graham who charge the same, but their literature is far superior. ... Read more
