We purchased our new house through Knight Frank (with Charlotte Mantle as the point of contact), the process was smooth and we were kept well up to date with the progress of the transaction.
One thing in particular that impressed me was the regular contact that KF had with our estate agents and solicitors, this regular communication meant that the whole chain was being managed with the same expectations.
I would thoroughly recommend buying through or using Knight Frank and a big thank you to Charlotte for making the process as smooth as possible.

We'd listed the house unsuccessfully with another local agent for 12 weeks before switching to Knight Frank, who then found a lovely (and chain-free!) buyer within 2 weeks.
Yes KF are a little more expensive than others, but you get what you pay for and in this case that for us was first class service throughout the process, and a swift sale.
I would thoroughly recommend. Massive thanks to Charlotte and the team.

Having sold our house recently through the Knight Frank (KF) Richmond office I felt compelled to write a review.
The team were superb in every aspect, from the initial instruction they provided; well scripted marketing materials, qualified prospective buyers, fantastic service, sound market advice and overall professionalism and politeness.
My main contacts were Charlotte and Jordanna who really took the time to understand every detail of the property and whom ensured this was relayed to those that viewed. The broader office team were also fully aware of proceedings and very helpful indeed.
Lastly, in the run up to exchange, I was particularly impressed in the role Charlotte played with all parties to ensure a timely execution - faultless!
I would highly recommend if you are looking to sell in the area or indeed buy. Great job team Richmond KF.

I cannot rate Knight Frank and Charlotte Mantle highly enough. After a terrible experience with another local estate agent, I was wary but it's been a delight to work with this team. Working with Charlotte made a really stressful process so much more straightforward. The team are really friendly and professional and I would not hesitate to recommend them.

Excellent service from Knight Frank’s Richmond office. I was helping a friend who is partially sighted move from Barnes to Richmond. We found a beautiful flat that Knight Frank were selling. Their staff could not have been more professional and were particularly helpful in dealing with my friend who’s sight is sufficiently bad that she can’t read any correspondence. Particular praise for Jordanna Mancina who went well beyond the call of duty to ensure the purchase went through without any hitches. If I ever sell in Richmond, I certainly intend to instruct Knight Frank.

All our dealings with this 'can do' Richmond team were fantastic but Jordanna who handled our sale was a definite stand out. Her tenacious approach ensured that we knew exactly what the position was on all buyers in the sales chain from acceptance of offer through to exchange and completion. To find such knowledge, honesty, positivity, professionalism and results in an estate agent was refreshing. We will definitely use this office for future property transactions and would highly recommend them.
