Had a very difficult sale due to divorce and one of the joint vendors acting irrationally. Darren and the team at McCartneys held it together in an incredible display of skill, knowledge and judgement. Very good value for money; it’s well worthwhile instructing a good agent, not a cheap agent.

Shame on you, passing fit, a blind horse, at least 10 years older than stated, plus a passport which was worthless not completed correctly or stamped by a vet, thank god a charity took him in. You should be reported for selling the horse with illegal paperwork. Hope you enjoy your % you have taken.

Darren, Rachel, Jools and the team at McCartney's have been absolutely fantastic throughout what unfortunately ended up being an incredibly difficult selling experience (through absolutely no fault of theirs). From day one, Darren's advice re marketing out property was spot on every step of the way. The team stayed professional, friendly, upbeat and polite with excellent communication whatever was thrown at them, and their support has been great throughout. Really couldn't recommend them highly enough, diolch yn fawr pawb.

We are cash buyers trying to buy a property from McCarneys in Brecon and the lady answering the phone on the weekend has to be the rudest estate agent I have ever had the misfortune to speak to. Having bought and sold 7 properties, we are not without experience but as a purchaser I have never been made to feel like a total inconvenience before. If there was another agent dealing with the development I would most certainly buy through them, it is almost enough to put me off the purchase. I cannot in good conscience recommend this estate agent and would advise those thinking of using them to sell a property to avoid at all costs.

Darren , Rachel and the team at McCartney’s /Fine and Country did a cracking job of selling our house. The photos and video were lovely and they made every effort to assist viewers in the lockdown periods. They are a professional and knowledgeable bunch, and they provided a first class service and good advice. I would highly recommend.

Rachel and Darren were great when they sold our home in Llanddew. Rachel especially was very patient towards the stressful last bit getting to exchange and completion. Great work guys. Missing Brecon since forced move away. Hope to be back in some way one day.
