We worked with Amy Butler from Knight Frank when we relocated to London from the US in August 2022, and the process could not have been better. Amy was wonderful to work with. She was very responsive and knowledgeable, answered our questions, or got the answers for us. We only had a few weeks to find housing and make the move - Amy accommodated our timeline and helped us navigate some of the challenges of moving from abroad. Even after we moved in, she checked in on us and helped us resolve a minor repair issue. I highly recommend Knight Frank and Amy Butler in particular.

For sure Knight Frank, and mainly Oriel, managed to give me a great experience when finding a place to live. She was very helpful all the time I needed and, when there wasn't places to show considering my filters, she found a way to contact different agents from other branches so they could help me out.
Bottom line: efficient service and approach, totally recommend.

A little over a year ago I left my role as a Letting Negotiator in the Knight Frank St Johns Wood office.
At my time with Knight Frank I had the pleasure of working with Chanel Rodriguez-Moore (manager) and Daisy Spanbok’s (associate).
With Chanel and Daisy’s vast knowledge of the area and market, taking time to listen and understand exactly what each client/customer needs/wants, they are able to deliver and build long lasting professional relationships. So it’s no wonder why they are the best estate agents in the area!

Knight Frank is one of a kind when it comes to housing, and it's all because of its brilliant agents! Amy Butler went the extra mile for us and helped us get our dream flat in a couple of days. We were living overseas when the rental process started and had Never actually seen the apartment. In a situation like this , an estate agent needs to rise to that occasion and be the eyes and ears of the client. Despite her relative youth, Daisy Spanbok executed the role with the confidence of a seasoned professional: she managed the flow of communication and made suggestions that allowed the deal to close. Her charm and candour brought the best out in all the parties concerned and there never was any tension. I think she has a great future ahead of her.
