We are renting out our property and have decided to appoint Bridgfords in Chorley as our letting agent because their service (from rental valuation to viewings) so far has been excellent. From the moment I placed my Enquiry on their website, the team (Lyndsy, Katie and Adrian) has been proactive, friendly and helpful. Adrian, one of the letting negotiators who I have been communicating with has been helpful, patient and professional. He has helped me with all the questions and concerns I have had. When I started searching for an apartment in York, Bridgfords was my best experience by far. The entire staff is warm and welcoming, and Leeha was excellent throughout the rental process. 10/10 - if anyone moves to York, I recommend Leeha at Bridgfords.

I am delighted with the warm welcome I receive upon entering the Stokesley Branch of Bridgfords. Rachel Martin is my contact and the service I receive from her is first class. Nothing is too much trouble nd whatever task I ask her to deal with, the attention to detail and quickness of response is excellent.
Before retirement I was responsible for the training & personnel arrangements of 2,300 staff, so I know what I am talking about.
Rachel Martin has the ability to ensure prospective clients, whether buying or selling, are 'put at ease' and quickly realise that they are going to receive excellent service. She is a valuable asset to Bridgfords, and not someone who could be easily replaced. Well worth ensuring her career path is positive, not only for her benefit but also that of Bridgfords.

Rachel Martin has been dealing with the sale of our property and she is absolutely brilliant. She answers any questions I have and always returns my phone calls when she says. When I go into the office she is happy, cheery and helpful (as is all the team) and I never feel like I’m being silly or a burden with my queries. It’s been a pleasure dealing with Rachel and Bridgefords and I’ll be sad not to see her once we move. Definitely 5 star service.

As a landlord, I have reached out to Bridgfords in Alderley Edge and Altrincham over the last 10 years to assist with finding suitable tenants for my property in Wilmslow. Bridgfords have been thoughtful, diligent, courteous, professional and diligent at all times. Special mention to James and Louise in Sales and Louise and Claire in Lettings (in particular Louise in Lettings who went that extra mile to assist me with a particular admin issue I had with a Utility company). I thoroughly recommend them!

firstly, Bridgfords team are really professional. They got me the best 3 bed semi detached house in ST4 with open mind to support me as a tenant. They do constant follow up to make sure I am comfortable in the house. Houses in their care are however very standard. I had a lovely experience with Louis Hiney and Martine Wilson. They are fantastic guys with positive mind.

Bridgefords were really good at letting out my property with a very quick turnaround time but the service after that has been exceptionally poor: rarely anyone answers calls or responds to emails. I was charged double for the letting fee and yet with many emails and phones later this matter has not been resolved (close to a year now). I am looking to switch over to a smaller local agent but getting Bridgefords to transfer over the documentation is like getting blood out of a stone.

What can I say! Service with a smile. Went with other estate agents, promised the world and didn't deliver. Now with Bridgfords. Straight talking, professional and 3 viewings within an hour of being instructed. I am very happy with Bridgfords and cannot recommend them highly enough. Well done! Onwards and upwards ????
