Pattinson's estate agent kept me informed about property in the area that I was needing to move to. Brilliant service from Angie McClarence and her colleagues at Pattinson Cramlington. Once valuation was agreed our house had 4 viewings booked within a couple of day, and an offer was accepted at full asking price. Angie kept us updated throughout the process and was always quick to chase solicitors for progress etc. Highly recommended!

Rachel at Pattinson’s completed the valuation, she came out at 7pm to fit around my work schedule. Pictures were taken there and then.
Less than a day later the advert was already ready and really well presented.
My house sold over the space of a weekend.
Eve communicated great and outside of working hours, and was very helpful throughout the process.
We accepted an offer for above the asking price.
I wouldn’t recommend using the solicitors they have an offer as I’ve found mine very difficult to deal with so far.
I would also say booking of the viewings could of been handled slightly better, it was great how quickly they were coming through, however when you’re miles away at work and receive only a text saying someone’s on their way to view it becomes a little stressful.
I would be happy to use pattinsons again.

From the initial valuation and the production of the virtual tour video every member of the Cramlington Branch have worked extremely hard providing a quality personal service, both on the sale and purchase. it's a very stressful time selling and buying however the staff always had time to listen to our questions and helped to make it all happen as smooth as possible. Due to their knowledge of clients requirements the house was sold within 24 hours. Well done to every member of the Cramlington team you have all worked so hard. We thank you for your patience and understanding. ????

I would like to say the service from Pattisons from Beginning to End was amazing. Angie was so informative, reassuring and helpful explained the processes and was always available to answer any questions I had. The solicitors they use Amber in particular are just so friendly helpful and more importantly always take your call or at the very least call you back. We also got a phone call each week with updates of what was happening with the sale of the house. I can say Pattison overall are amazing value for money and I have no hesitation in recommending them to everyone Thank you Angie and Amber and everyone else at Pattisons Amazing

All the staff are amazing here nothing is too much trouble and they keep you well informed at all times. Angie and Terry from the Cramlington branch have been brilliant and so helpful I couldn't ask for more from them. I would recommend pattisons without a doubt.

Having used Pattinsons for both letting and selling a home I can highly recommend this company on both accounts. They are highly knowledgeable of the current market and get the job done in record time..I had viewers for my property within an hour of being on the market and sold the property within 24hrs , for letting they took on board what I asked and had the perfect tenant again within 24hrs and moved in under a week. Cannot fault this company and the staff.

Pattinsons are so knowledgeable about the area and sell property quickly so I didn't hesitate to use them. Everything from valuation to offer was great, extremely professional and I've no doubt any advice they gave me was in my best interest as the vendor. I would absolutely recommend Pattinson and would use them again in future
