After the death of both of my parents 5 weeks apart, needed a valuation of their house for probate. An appointment was set for 11am. By half 11, no sign and no call to say where they were. Called the office, who then said, oh its not like him to be late, let me call him for you, I said thank you, she then said, OK then bye, and put the phone down! After nearly an hour late, he turned up and advised that he would get the valuation in an email to me Monday, today is Tuesday so again called the office to be told he's not in today. So an important valuation needed to get paperwork sorted for probate, has been held up by a shoddy customer service estate agents. Would recommend looking for a different company who have at the very least customer service skills... Read more
