The whole team at Homes Estate Agent are professional, friendly and caring. Our purchase took longer than expected for reasons beyond anyone's control and the support from Elysia and Abby was outstanding. We recently purchased a new home through Homes and they were amazing. Elysia Hawkes, did an incredible job of making sure everything ran smoothly with solicitors and all concerned. Elsyia Hawkes and the whole team at Homes are great to work with and made the transaction as painless as it could be.

We have recently purchased a new home through Homes and they were amazing, everything was organised and kept on top of by Elysia Hawkes, who did an incredible job of making sure the solicitors and housing association were doing what they needed to do and when they needed to do it to get us into our new home before christmas. Rob Price & Elsyia Hawkes are great to work with and made the transaction as painless as it could be.
Highly recommend Homes to anyone looking for a new house.

Start to finish a 5 star experience. Justin took his time in listening to what I wanted and needed regarding my sale, communicated every detail to his team. My house had an offer within hours and Justin took time to talk all options through with me without any pressure or prejudice.
Liana played an integral part after I accepted an offer. She regularly checked in with me keeping me updated, answering any question I had as well as being the 'go between' for all parties involved- A fantastic company/ team!!

I do not normally leave reviews but in this instance I feel I must. The whole team at Homes Alton have been excellent. I mainly dealt with Abbie for the purchase of a property and although always acting nothing but professional she also struck that perfect balance of also being very friendly. She was always polite, very prompt for viewings and arrived with property knowledge having done her homework. Communication which is key never failed to disappoint and when necessary, she was not afraid to do the hard work and go above and beyond to make ‘things happen’. Thank you Abbie in particular but also the whole team at Homes Alton, you made from this side what can be very hard, very easy….

As a local lawyer, it is always a pleasure to work with Homes Estate Agents, Alton. The team (Rob, Justin, Liana, Abbie, Gemma and Jake) are always on hand to ensure that the conveyancing process is as smooth as possible for all involved- myself included! Good communication is vital in conveyancing and Homes Estate Agents excel in this regard. Whilst Liana is the main point of contact in terms of sales progression, I can go to any of the team members with an issue and their first response is always ‘How can I help?’. Time and time again, I have witnessed Homes Estate Agents go above and beyond to provide the best customer service and I would not hesitate to recommend them to prospective sellers. The conveyancing process is often not without a hurdle or two along the way but having Homes Estate Agents on call to help navigate any issues is priceless!

This was my first time selling a property as it was time to move up the property ladder into my second home so the selling side was a whole new world to me. I could not have asked for a better team than the guys at Homes and I would highly recommend them to anyone. Some of the other estate agents I spoke to in the area were incredibly pushy and were clear it was all about their figures rather than what was best for the client but Homes never once pushed me or put pressure on me, always had my best interests at heart and let me make decisions in my own time.
From the moment Rob first came to value my property up until when I exchanged contracts the team have been a huge support and guided me through the process with their wealth of knowledge.
I knew I could call them at anytime to ask a question even if it was sometimes probably a silly question, the team would always go out their way to help me and help things make sense.
I lost my first buyer a week before exchanging contracts and it risked me losing my perfect second home but Liana, Gemma and the rest of the team went above and beyond to support me through the incredibly stressful situation and found me another buyer within a couple of weeks.
I have now exchanged contracts on my sale and am very happy in my new home and I certainly wouldn’t have got here without the team at Homes.
I am so grateful for all the team at Homes have done and I certainly wouldn’t use anyone else but them when I decide to brave the moving process again! Highly recommend them if you want an estate agent that has your best interests in mind as well as getting your property sold within a timely manner.
