Selling a house sounds like a transactional and "simple" process. Of course we all know it isn't once you've been through the process. It is a rollercoaster. It is full of emotions, unforeseen hurdles and potential pitfalls. Fiona and the team were punctual, prompt and transparent and I can't thank them enough for their professionalism and dedication. Would recommend!

Our viewing was done by Catherine who was very straight forward and honest and friendly. We then requested a second viewing which again was dealt with efficiently to fit in with our restricted times with a couple of text reminders of our viewing time

Ryder Dutton are estate agents who go above and beyond. I cannot speak more highly of the service they provided. Our sales negotiator, Caroline Elvidge provided continual updated advice, nothing was too much trouble for her. The office was very welcoming at all times. We cannot recommend them highly enough.

We recently sold our old house and bought our new home through the Holmfirth Ryder and Dutton team, we initially dealt with Catherine who was very helpful in valuing and selling our home, giving tips to help sell, once a sale was agreed we were overseen by Caroline and Fiona, who were fantastic at keeping us in the loop with everything that was going on, and chasing things up when needed. The whole team were lovely to deal with and I wouldn’t hesitate to recommend the Holmfirth branch of Ryder & Dutton.
