We approached Burchell Edwards for mortgage advice on buying our first home. Phoebe has made the process stress-free, easy and fast. She has explained every detail of each step and has answered any questions that we have had, and we had a lot! Phoebe is friendly, approachable and professional and we couldn't have wished for a better advisor. She helped us to find the perfect home and pointed us in the direction of a brilliant solicitor. We are now awaiting a move in date and couldn't be happier. She is an asset to the team!
The team also helped us when looking for properties and made sure that we were able to look at properties on the market as soon as they were available. We received emails about the latest properties and when we contacted to book a viewing, we always received a fast response.

Spoke the mortgage advisor Phoebe regarding my current fixed rate coming to an end and she was amazing. I was worried as rates are higher and was expecting bad news. Phoebe did everything to put my mind at ease, really explained all the different deals available for me and it was actually a lot better than I expected. Thank you so much Phoebe

Exceptional Service from Joshua Mansfield, could not recommend him enough. From the moment he picked up our first telephone call he was professional, reassuring and explained the process thoroughly. He listened to what our aims were and then went through how we could look to achieve them. Brilliant rapport, customer focused and a very collaborative approach. Very refreshing. Would not hesitate to sell or buy continuously with him.

Brilliant service from start to finish. I have had Ell and Chris as the letting mangers. Extremely responsive to any request and issues. Very resourceful and quick to offer advice which will benefit the landlord.Ell/Chris always on hand to help and very professional. Both are a asset to the company.????

Absolutely dismal wont be renting through these lot ever again! Thank god the tenancy ends this month! Since day one of being in that house the shower hasn't worked properly and till now it hasn't been fixed, I know its the landlords job but as an estate agent that wants over £600 a month from people you would think they would do something about it!! Shocking to say the least. Feel sorry for who ever rents through them! That was just one of the many but main problems I had good luck to anyone thinking of renting through these jokers.
