Jackson's Leominster were amazing at selling our house, especially Alex Sidman. He provided excellent advice and support with very fast and responsive communications. He was very friendly and understanding and a fantastic negotiator, which is really important. Nothing was ever too much trouble and you felt he really listened and cared. I would totally recommend Jackson's at Leominster with Alex Sidman, Matt Jackson, Mandy and their team.

I made a booking to view a empty three bedroom property in Leominster that was empty and on the market after the owen had died.After making my booking to view this property with bill jacksons estate agent Leominster. I stood outside this property for the viewing for just over 30 mins in heavy rain in the winter months but no staff member from jackson arrived for the viewing.I then walk back to jackson offices in leominster to find out what happened to my viewing the office girl checked all the office diaries and confirmed yes you where booked in for the viewing but we forgotten the booking. This was just over one year ago

Two new build properties in Luston Nr. Leominster was put on the market for £465k and £450k again i made a viewing booking with bill jackson estate agent Leominster. The staff member from jackson was on time and we had a viewing of plot 2 (465k) I was told that he had two viewing
yesterday and two viewing today also two viewing on monday next week. after the viewing the staff member told me that he would telephone me after all the viewing where complete. But no telephone call was made to me from jackson. when i telephone jackson office in Leominster on tuesday after all the viewings i was told plots 1and 2 had been sold

This is by far the worst estate agent i have ever encountered in my life with no idea of customers service. And do not appreciate the local community trade in this market town of leominster.At the end of the day they are just "agents selling homes".(They are nobodies)

surprised that you monitor your reviews and feedback very carefully with poor staff and low standards in the leominster office you must have a full time job keeping the lid on things. Why did your staff not telephone me on Tuesday 30/11/2021 after all viewing had been completed my viewing and any offer that i made was thrown in the bin this looks like a done deal before any viewing This staff member who left your company was still working in your office in leominster on Tuesday 30/11/2021 when i telephone him he told me that plot 1 and 2 have been sold on the30/11/2021 its only wednesday today 1st Noverber 2021. I still think you are a bad company and one to avoid in the future

Very rude woman when I phone to ask about if they are doing valuations. She immediately told me that it's not worth putting my house on the market and it's best to wait til after Christmas. They advice everyone to wait till after Christmas. I had to ask her to stop talking and said "I asked if your are doing valuations at the moment ". I do don't want all that information. My home is up with another estate agent.and we have had very positive experience. Your loss!

Very Friendly & helpful. All the staff were friendly and welcoming and put us at our ease. We have bought several properties through Jackson's over the years and they actually remembered us from before. Very impressed with their customer service. Very accommodating with reguard to viewing properties. Would thoroughly recommend Jackson's.
