Exceptional and professional customer service. From introduction and valuation through to completion always available and supportive throughout sale and purchase. We would recommend where possible the client keeps everything in house for finance, sales and conveyencing. It makes it so much easier and less stressful. Richard was very quick to visit, placed on the market and sold - all within 10 days! We had nothing but positive experiences from the whole team. Lee Barry was our main point of contact who managed the numerous back-to-back viewings on the day we sold. We found his friendly approach mixed with his efficient and timely responses very helpful. Brochure was professionally produced and Ollie the photographer was a star. The app was the icing on the cake - it is a great tool to keep you updated on progress 24/7. !!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!Worst Agency!!!!!!!!!!!!! I had a worst experience with this agency. We moved into a house which was not at all cleaned. They did the inventory with all the dirty marks everywhere and still didn't bother to clean the house. Also usually we get the inventory checkin report before moving into the property. They sent us the inventory report after 5 days from the move in date. The house was so dirty and it took almost 4 hours of continuous effort for me to clean just the kitchen. I have never seen any agency like this who intentionally troubles their tenants to save some money. I would not recommend this to anyone. Please don’t buy or rent from this agency if you want a smooth and peaceful experience.... Read more
