Recently emailed this agent about a property and never heard back , had to call them and was told that the vendor did not know what they were doing with the property although it was advertised as auction . They said once they found out from the vendor they would call me , guess what! they never did and I spotted the same property for sale however not auction this time but increased in price to £595000 from £525000 offer over etc ... As I heard nothing again I told them I would go direct finding the owners details of the property on the planning application on line .... again heard nothing back and property has been withdrawn from the market so begs to differ what they are up to .... emailed numerous times no reply , had to phone and was told they would keep me informed but did not .... would stay well away and use a proper estate agent that actually gets in contact with customers . If they were marketing my property I certainly would not be using them again .... Property in Question was Spond House in Spond , Kington , Herefordshire .... & if you are the owner of this property I would use a different estate agent ....... Read more
